Originally constructed as a cigar factory in 1896, the five story brick warehouse was later converted into the printing press for Lancaster Press newspapers. The warehouse was reinvented as market rate condominiums for residents with a passion for urban living. Historic features were preserved to showcase the richness of one of Lancaster’s most notable industries. Amenities include a first floor restaurant, adjacent parking, fitness center and rooftop terrace.
