Geten Building Offices

The 1915 Beaux Arts style Geten office building is an early example of terra cotta tile cladding on modern steel construction. The renovation included a new high visibility rear entry, restoration of the historic façade and tin ceiling, increased accessibility, and new elevator tower. The restoration of this historic structure strengthens the social value of the community as a contributing resource to the Lancaster City Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
