Lancaster, Pennsylvania

return to projects »

This Project included renovations of a four story mixed-use Victorian structure that was damaged by fire. The renovations provided new office and retail space. The removal of multiple layers of more recent framing and finishes revealed original architectural features including; a series of skylights or lanterns, original pressed tin ceiling, heavy timber structural elements and brick walls. Construction was completed in the summer of 1996.
