This project includes multiple renovations and construction of an addition to an existing historic home. Renovations included replacement of aluminum finishes, restoration of wood detailing, and replacement of aluminum gutters and downspouts with copper. Interior renovations include creating habitable attic space, updating several bathrooms, and providing a more spacious open plan. The two story addition was designed to be virtually seamless with the existing home.
