Newville Town Center

Newville Town Center includes the demolition, new construction, and renovations to three historic buildings to provide market rate housing above and commercial uses along the streetscape. The 1900’s church was renovated into four new residential units, the Shippensburg University Literary Hall was converted into six units above a commercial space, and a rowhome was stabilized to house additional market rate units. Original stained glass, millwork, and brick detailing was restored to preserve the ornate detailing of the prominent historic buildings.
