Renovation of a grouping of seven existing historic tobacco warehouses in Lancaster City to provide a mix of uses. The project was developed in collaboration with Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster General Health, James Street Improvement District, Hildebrandt Learning Centers and Albright Care Services. Renovations provided (32) residential units, childcare and elderly care facilities. The team was driven by the vision to provide services that cater to the needs of the local community while preserving the historic fabric that makes this area unique.
