EAST KING STREET APARTMENTS, Lancaster Pennsylvania Renovation of six townhouses to provide a total of twenty five apartment units for improved affordable housing in blighted structures. Extensive reworking of the exterior was necessitated by insensitive alterations to the facades over many years. Most notably, the corner building had a large storefront system inserted where originally there had been smaller windows; and the entire building had been covered with formstone. The project was completed in june of 1996.
