COLLEGE HILL STUDENT APARTMENTS, Lancaster Pennsylvania Seven existing historic tobacco warehouses in Lancaster City were renovated to provide alternative housing for students at Franklin & Marshall College. This is a multi-phased project; the first two phases of the project have been completed and are now occupied. The completed portion of the work includes thirty two apartment units.
